The Percepta Social app operates using a monthly subscription to cover the costs of gathering and analyzing the social media content. Monthly subscription pricing is per month and per teen. The subscription will default to expiration and auto-termination on the month prior to the teen’s 18th birthday. You can cancel anytime without penalty and the service will end prior to the next billing date.
Initial Enrollment
$0 for no lookback
$10 for 1 week lookback
$50 for all-time lookback
This is an optional one-time cost during enrollment which seeds the app with existing publicly posted historical content based on the period of time selected.
Daily Update
$10 per month per enrolled teen + tax where required
The app checks for new posted social media content to analyze once per 24 hours.
Hourly Update
$22 per month per enrolled teen + tax where required
The app checks for new posted social media content to analyze every 60 minutes.
Special Notes about Enrollment
- If your teen is only active on Snapchat, then choose the $0 lookback option since content is removed by the platform within 24 hours.
- The lookback period is selected per teen enrolled.
- The subscription level for daily or hourly updates is selected per teen enrolled.
- New users may see larger swings in their Percepta Score with a shorter lookback period.
- The All-Time lookback option has a limitation of 1,000 historical posts.
